Postage/shipping costs are calculated by weight and start at £3.50 for the UK using myHermes courier service (cheaper than Royal Mail) for orders containing yarn, £3.50 for Europe and £4.00 for Rest Of The World. Otherwise light items that can be sent as a Large Letter via Royal Mail start at £1.00 for 2nd Class and £1.20 for 1st Class.
- Orders using Royal Mail services are dispatched nationally and internationally 6 days a week. These services are 1st Class post which aims to deliver within 1 to 3 working days, 2nd Class post which aims to deliver within 2 to 5 working days and see below for Air Mail. Please be aware the the Royal Mail officially allows 15 working days for items, 1st and 2nd Class, to be delivered or returned to sender.
- All international orders are sent by Air Mail which takes around 4 to 21 working days and this service isn't trackable, sorry. Please email for costs if you require your order to be upgraded to Air Sure which is trackable. Also please email for costs if you would like a large order (1kg or over) to be sent abroad, as we can look at cheaper courier options.
- All UK orders containing yarn will now be sent by myHermes courier service which aims to take 3 to 5 days and is trackable (unlike the Royal Mail) and is MUCH cheaper, please select this option when checking out, it will save you £'s. Please note these parcels cannot be dispatched on a Saturday, only Monday to Friday.
